The service

Cutaway (cutawaypro.com) is a web studio for creating motion-graphic video assets. The free tier records watermarked WebM video in your browser. The Pro plan ($19/month) renders unwatermarked, transparent ProRes files on our servers.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and keeping your password private. One account per person; don't share Pro access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of renders as a service, attacks on the platform).

Billing & cancellation

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically. Cancel anytime from your account → Manage billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Your content, your renders

The text and numbers you type stay yours. The video files you export are yours to use anywhere — commercial projects included, no attribution required. The asset designs, templates, and the Cutaway software remain ours; you may not resell the templates themselves as templates.

Reliability & files

We aim to keep the service up but provide it "as is," without warranty. Exported files are kept for about 7 days for re-download — keep your own copies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the past 3 months.
